When you subscribe to TreelineAI, we collect the information you provide during onboarding via SMS: your business name, your name, phone number, services offered, pricing ranges, service area, emergency backup contact information, hours of operation, and any special instructions. We also store records of inbound calls handled by your AI receptionist, including caller name, phone number, service type, and call outcome.
Your information is used solely to operate the TreelineAI service on your behalf:
TreelineAI sends transactional SMS messages exclusively to business owners who have subscribed to the service. These messages include call summaries, emergency alerts, booking confirmations, and weekly reports. We do not send marketing messages or promotional content via SMS. Message frequency varies based on your call volume. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is shared only with the service providers necessary to operate TreelineAI (Twilio for phone and SMS, Supabase for data storage, Google Calendar for scheduling) and only to the extent required to provide the service.
We retain your data for the duration of your subscription and for 90 days after cancellation. After that period, your data is permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion at any time by contacting us.
We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in encrypted databases.

Our AI assistant, Oakley, answers inbound calls to your business, qualifies potential jobs, books appointments, handles emergency escalation, and sends you SMS summaries. By subscribing to TreelineAI, you agree to these terms.
TreelineAI is a monthly subscription service. Your subscription begins when onboarding is complete and your AI receptionist goes live. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at k.healthops@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
As part of the service, TreelineAI sends transactional SMS messages to the business owner's phone number. By subscribing to TreelineAI and completing the SMS onboarding process, you consent to receive these messages. These messages are strictly transactional and service-related. TreelineAI does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Opting out of SMS will affect your ability to receive call summaries and alerts.
Oakley is an AI assistant and does not provide legally binding quotes, professional arborist assessments, or emergency services. All estimates given by Oakley are approximate ranges based on information you provide during setup. TreelineAI is not liable for missed calls due to carrier outages, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events.
TreelineAI, Oakley, and all related branding are the property of TreelineAI. You retain ownership of your business data. We retain no rights to your business information beyond what is necessary to operate the service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, use the service for unlawful purposes, or fail to pay your subscription. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS to your registered phone number. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
